KEEP FROZEN. Store at or below -18°C. Open bag of potato and decant into an ovenproof dish and cover. Defrost in a refrigerator at ≤ 5°C until the potato reaches 1°C ≤5°C. Cover and reheat in an oven @ 120 deg C, until a temperature above 70 deg C is achieved. The product must be consumed within 24 hours and cannot be reheated. Do not refreeze. Keep the product covered until ready to consume
